Privacy policy
How we handle the details you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you send a quote request or enquiry, we receive your name, company, email, phone number and the shipment details you type in. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that chat.
How we use it
We use these details only to answer your enquiry, quote rates, and handle the shipments you book with us. We share shipment details with carriers, terminals, customs and agents only as needed to move your cargo.
What we don't do
We do not sell your details or add you to marketing lists you did not ask for. You can ask us to stop sending our weekly sailing schedule at any time.
Keeping and deleting your details
We keep enquiry and shipping records for as long as we need them for the job and for our legal and accounting obligations. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email info@moundhanshipping.com.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, map tiles from Google Maps, photos from Unsplash and video from Mixkit. The sailing schedule is read from a Google Sheet. These services may record your IP address when your browser loads them.
